Beginners' Course

This course is suitable for those who have previously no previous experience or with little experience of Tai Chi or Qigong. This course will give a good introduction to Tai Chi and the movements are simple to learn. It will also provide a good foundation for further advance learning. The course is suitable for any age group.

The course comprise of:

Silk Reeling exercise – for understanding your energy system.
9 patterns Chen Taiji short form – to balance body, to improve energy flow and some self-defence.
18 Pattern Taiji-Qigong – Combining deep breathing and stretching to improve your immune system.
Basic Taiji philosophy and principles and their relevance to modern day to day life.
